A Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Arnold combines professional expertise with strong ethical values rooted in his Christian upbringing. He holds a degree in Estate Management from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where his entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Ekweoba Arnold & Associates Nig. Ltd., now a fast-growing conglomerate known as the Arnold & Associates Group.
Under his leadership, the group has expanded into multiple sectors including real estate development, professional training, renewable energy, and international property investment. His developments, spread across key locations in Nigeria, are recognized for their innovation, affordability, and quality, contributing significantly to modern urban housing.
Beyond business, Arnold’s impact is most deeply felt through his humanitarian efforts. He has empowered over 1,000 Nigerian youths through job creation, mentorship, and professional training. His philanthropic initiatives include building and donating homes to widows, funding scholarships for hundreds of students, and supporting institutional development projects such as office buildings for university staff.
His passion for education and innovation is further reflected in Lesson360, an edtech platform he founded to expand access to quality, technology-driven learning across Nigeria and beyond.
Arnold’s influence also extends internationally, with ongoing projects such as a luxury beachfront development in Zanzibar, positioning him as a rising figure in global real estate and hospitality.

He is also a pioneer inductee into the Hall of Fame of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
